When it comes to easy prep and easy eating, chia seed pudding wins the prize.
I recently posted an image on Instagram of my overnight chia seed pudding. I didn’t realize how many people would double-tap and ‘heart it’ (thanks for the support, y’all!) so I decided to go ahead and share how I made it.
My nutritionist had suggested making chia seed pudding my go-to breakfast. At first I was intrigued because I thought it would entail lots of work.
Wrong. I was totally wrong.
Chia seed pudding is SO easy to make. Here’s how I prepare mine:
Super Easy, Super Creamy, Super Tasty Chia Seed Pudding
1.5 cups 1% milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
2.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
2-3 tablespoons honey
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together milk, chia seeds, and cocoa powder.
Add in your desired amount of honey and mix in. Cover your bowl with plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
Yeah, no joke – that’s all there is to it. Don’t you love it?! Now that I am comfortable in preparing it, I’m ready to go wild with my ingredients and flavor profiles.
What kind of chia seed puddings would you like to see?
