When you’re on the go, you can turn to this apple cinnamon chia pudding first thing in the morning.
It’s like autumn in a jar.
Ever since I made this chocolate chia seed pudding recipe, I’ve been hooked. It’s seriously the easiest breakfast solution – and I’m all about an easy morning.
For so long, I was intimidated by chia seeds. Little did I know that they’re cost-effective and a breeze to whip up.
Recently, Leo’s taken a liking to apples. As a mom to a picky eater, this couldn’t make me happier. So long as he’s picking up healthy eating habits one step at a time, I get more and more relieved.
Because of this, I picked up a bag of apples at my last trip to the grocery store. His timing couldn’t be more perfect, because they’re totally in season.
With so many apples on-hand, I decided to incorporate them with my chia seed pudding recipe. The result? A delicious, healthy, on-the-go breakfast.
Here’s how to make a batch for your family:
How to Make Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding
Ingredients Needed:
2 cups whole milk
2 tsp honey
2 tsp cinnamon
½ cup chia seeds
1 apple, diced
Granola, for topping
Yields: 2 servings
In a large bowl, whisk together milk, honey and cinnamon.
Add chia seeds into milk mixture and stir.
Pour chia seed mixture into a food container and refrigerate overnight.
Serve in individual cups/bowls and top off with diced apple and granola. I like to drizzle mine with additional honey, but this is optional.

This Chia pudding looks really delicious. Do you think I could substitute almond milk for whole milk?
Absolutely! You can use any milk type you’d like!
We’re huge fans of chia pudding at our house! Just this morning, my breakfast was warm chia pudding with chopped pear. No doubt, apples would be just as good. There’s really nothing better in the fall. xx
So easy & Satisfying!
