Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins

These Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins make for adelicious breakfast for the entire family. They’ve been my fave since I was awee little one!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  • In a large bowl, mix together eggs, both sugars, vegetable oil and milk.
  • Add flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix thoroughly until all ingredients form a nice muffin batter.
  • Fold chocolate chips into the batter.
  • Fill each section of the muffin tin with batter - bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for about 10 minutes, serve and enjoy.
