They’re BOO-tiful AND delicious!

This year, I’ve been having a blast with my Halloween baking. Since the beginning of the season, I’ve gone all out with my baking, creating desserts like Ghost Meringue Cupcakes and Bone Sugar Cookies. Last year, I even whipped up these Mummy Cookies which were such a hit!

I wanted to go the extra sweet route with my next recipe, and that’s how I came up with my White Chocolate Ghosts.

On a recent trip to Bulk Barn, I spotted a set of Halloween Chocolate Molds and I immediately grabbed them. Bulk Barn has a huge section of candy melts so I just knew that I needed to make some ghost-themed bonbons for Halloween.

What You’ll Need:

Process:

Place candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval.

Once the candy is completely melted, pour into a piping bag.

Use the piping bag to fill each cavity of the Halloween mold halfway.

Add nonpareils sprinkles on top of the melted candy.

Fill each section up with more melted candy. Allow to set for at least one hour.

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, about 20 seconds.

Remove from Halloween mold.

Stir chocolate to get it smooth and use a toothpick to fill in the chocolate ghosts’ details (ie.: eyes and mouth). Allow to set for at least 20 minutes.

Serve, enjoy, and have a happy Halloween!

  1. So simple and cute! This is my kind of holiday treat! You could even buy some Thanksgiving and Christmas molds and make other festive candies to fill up dead space in cookie boxes. Great idea!

  2. Aww, these ghosts are super cute. My kids would love it if I made them. I’ve already have the fun Halloween sprinkles too. Just need the mold and chocolate melts. 🙂
