This fictional biography covers the rise and fall of the 1970’s rock band, Daisy Jones & The Six. The book uses a very interesting narrative and it almost reads as a reality show. Events are covered in “interview format,” where different members relay their personal experience and author, Taylor Jenkins Reid, ties all their accounts together seamlessly. It was incredibly captivating to read about the different perspectives for each member involved in this highly acclaimed band.

This biography is definitely one of my top picks for 2019.
