Double, double toil and trouble – here are some inspiring Halloween decoration ideas to get your spook on.
…because Halloween décor can be ghoulish, fun and stylish.
I remember when I moved into my first condo – I was ecstatic and totally into the decorating game. Seriously, every single holiday/celebration/civic holiday (joking… kind of) had some sort of décor re-do.
After entering parenthood, I put my love for seasonal decorating on pause. I was trying to catch my breath with our new schedule and routine, so setting that aside was almost inevitable.
But now, with our new home, I’m totally pumped. I have Halloween decoration ideas coming out of my ears. Of course, I turned to some of my favorite bloggers for inspiration, and I can’t wait to share some of my findings.
Look no further – here are some Halloween setups to inspire your next décor haul:
My Favorite Halloween Decoration Ideas
Jack-o-Lanterns are the epitome of Halloween. I found a few décor DIYs that put a fun, new, creative twist to the smiling pumpkin.
1. These steam pumpkins on the Huckleberry Life blog are incredibly impressive.
2. This DIY Halloween Wreath is made with supplies from the dollar store and I’m totally obsessed with it!
3. One of the best ways to seasonally decorate a dining area is through centerpieces. I love these pumpkin-themed centerpieces by Mama Cheaps.
4. I am digging how Christine of Where the Smiles Have Been put together her Halloween mantel – check out those pumpkins on either side of her fireplace! Stunning!

2. I’m all about that terrarium trend, and this Halloween-themed one is so adorable.
3. Salve Sister and Mister made this repurosed ghost craft and it’s so much fun!

I love your Halloween decor. I’ve just moved into a new house over the summer and I have been so excited to decorate it how I want to now. I pulled out the few Halloween decorations that I have had in storage. I’m waiting to get pumpkins for the porch but it has been to hot here still. Having a dark brown deck and temperatures in the 80s and 90s calls for cooked pumpkins. hhahah. If it doesn’t cool off, I’ll buy them and fix up a small section in the yard for them.
What fun and spooky Halloween decorating ideas! We’re really in the spirit over here this year. My younger daughter just decorated her own home, and she went all out just like you!
