Time to Mix it Up!

Just dump the cake mix, cinnamon, and pumpkin puree into a large bowl and stir, stir, stir. At first, the batter will seem very crumby but, as you mix, everything will combine and become very smooth.

The Chocolate Treatment

Fold in one cup of chocolate chips and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

The Final Step: Baking!

Scoop the cookie batter onto a lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F, for about 15-18 minutes.

Easy Pumpkin Cookies

These pumpkin cookies are so easy to make since they only require 4 ingredients! They are the perfect treat to get your pumpkin-fix!
Servings: 12 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla cake mix
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, cinnamon and pumpkin puree until well-combined
  • Fold in chocolate chips and mix until all ingredients are well-incorporated
  • Place the cookie batter onto the lined baking sheet using either an ice cream scoop or the "drop" method (with two spoons), about 1-2 inches apart from each other
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes on a wire rack
