Almond Overnight Oats: An Easy Back-to-School Solution

A simple breakfast to kick off your day. We turn to Almond Overnight Oats as a healthy and tasty solution for busy mornings.

And so the school year begins! We’ve been turning to overnight oats as our breakfast staple. Hurry up, the school bus is here!

I am always up for a quick morning solution. It’s not necessarily because I want to get the morning over with. In fact: on the contrary. It’s because I would much rather have at least 30 minutes to eat breakfast around the table with my family, than scramble to cook something and scarf it down in a rush.

I recognize that it’s now BTS for many families. While we like to think that our mornings will go over smoothly, sometimes our carefully-planned routines turn out for the worse. Okay, maybe not the worse, but something always has to happen, right?
