5 Family-Friendly Spring Break Activities

Spring Break – it’s about time you arrived!

Here's how to spend spring break with your little ones (and it includes a breakfast at Premiere Moisson!). I am so grateful to have partnered with Première Moisson for this post. All opinions are 100% my own. Thanks to Première Moisson for making this Spring Break a great one!

Here are a few family-friendly activities to keep you busy for the week:

As a youngin’, I remember counting down the minutes until Spring Break. The first week of March meant hanging out with my mom and partaking in all that fun stuff: baking up a storm, spending hours at the park, and even indulging in mall time! (Yes, the shopper in me started at an early age).

Spring break has evolved over time and now that I’m the mom, I’m constantly thinking of ways to keep the kiddo preoccupied, YouTube-and-iPad-free.

Sure, Leo is only in the toddler phase – so Spring Break may not have a huge impact on him. But, his two older cousins will surely spend time with us over the course of the week. So, I’ve thought of a few things that families can do together for the break.

5 Family-Friendly Spring Break Activities

Board Games Galore

Let’s go “old school,” shall we? There’s nothing better than board game night with the fam. We adore the Pie Face Game – sure, it’s messy but Spring Break isn’t about being neat and tidy! Game on, everyone!

Schedule a Play Date

When school and work are in full-force, it’s hard to schedule play dates. We’ve been trying to book them with our buddies for months. But, with busy schedules (and going through bouts of colds and flus), it’s been hard to find the time.

Now that Spring Break is here, days are calmer and we have more time. Take advantage and try to see some friends!

Ice Cream Bar

I scream, you scream – we all scream for ice cream!

Anyone who knows me knows that I love planning parties. This Spring Break, why not invite some buddies over for an ice cream party? You can lay out a table with sweet treats such as sprinkles, cherries, chocolate chips, and whipped cream. Then, make it a free-for-all so everyone will have the chance to liven-up their ice cream with the toppings of their choice.

Museum Discoveries

Find a local museum and book a visit! It will give the family a chance to get out of the house to explore and learn.

Don’t forget to do your research! Many museums have special activities taking place for Spring Break.

But First, Breakfast!
