I love the fact that pumpkin puree can be found in most grocery stores year-round. Lately, I’ve been having so much fun in the kitchen working with the ingredient. You may have already seen my easy recipe for pumpkin cookies and, well, I’m ready to bake more pumpkin-infused goodies!
To celebrate this autumn-friendly autumn staple ingredient, I gathered 12 pumpkin-friendly recipes that I’m totally ready to try (and dig into!).

Ooo yes, I need to try so many of these. I love my pumpkin stuff. I admit, I tend to buy pumpkin goodies more than I make them, but I should branch out.

My husband would love this. He’s a fan of all things pumpkin. Me not so much. If I eat pumpkin pie it has to be slathered with whip cream first.
I don’t know which one I want to try first. I love baking with pumpkin. I made a pumpkin cheesecake last year and it was so good, my mother in law actually requested it this year.
The mini pumpkin pies are my favorite. I can see making a bunch of these over a weekend and then serving them all week. You can have pie every day if you are controlling your portion like these little cuties!
I am weird… not what one would call a basic girl, just simply not cool enough. I don’t “do” pumpkins except for carving and painting (and goodness I love them for this!) but your list of pumpkin things has me interested…. I would try the muffins, ice cream, and the donuts! I think this list is for everyone, even weird girls like me!

I’m personally not a huge fan of pumpkin but there are a few things on this list that sound very tempting. My daughter likes pumpkin pie so I know these treats would delight her tastebuds.
