Friday Favorites: Have Your Cake and Eat it, Too

So you say I can eat my cake as well? I’ll take it all. All of the slices.

This week, I was all about birthday parties. I am always one for making a big deal of other people’s big days! I know my husband has requested a very specific cake for his celebrations this year, so I gotta roll up my sleeves and impress him!

As we approach spring, I’m getting ready for yet, another big move. Joe and I will soon be heading out to the suburbs and once we’re all settled in, I’ll be baking up a storm. In the meantime, I’ve gathered up some tasty links that I think you and your sweet tooth will enjoy.

Have a great weekend!

So much cake, so little time. Happy weekend!

  3. I am obsessed with cake. I mean, like OBSESSED. I write about it and even dream about it LOL! When birthdays roll around, watch out! For St. Patrick’s Day I did a Lucky Charms cake that took hours haha! I will definitely check these out. Will definitely try the trifle. I haven’t made one in awhile!
