A week into December, and I am so excited to start the second official mini-series for Fabulous Habits. Let’s start the holidays right!
I was lucky enough to get a hold of the Butter Celebrates cookbook and from the moment I flipped through the first few pages, I was in sugar-awe. The Butter Bakery started off in Vancouver, Canada as a humble, neighborhood establishment. Now, they’ve published their second cookbook, filled with sweet treats for nearly every holiday.
To get into the spirit, I’ll be sharing my experience with some of these delightful recipes. I decided to start with their Pecan Crescents for the recipe’s simplicity and elegance.
The result: Incredibly butter-y (who would’ve thought?!), a nice, crisp texture, and the pecan flavor really came through. A perfect gift to give in a cute holiday tin!
